I arrive at Silver Creek West Access near Picabo about 10 this morning. This is a fishing access site that permits camping, no fee. There are several sites around a loop. I back in to a site that is right on the creek and get set up. It’s nice to arrive at camp this early in the day! Read More

Wondering what traffic will be like on Tuesday?

I’m at a critical decision point in my quest for sunshine! When traveling on the Pacific coast, there are only a few good roads to take east over the mountains, especially with an RV. Today I would be coming to Hwy 199, which goes inland to Grant’s Pass. If I don’t take 199, then I am committed to traveling up the coast for a ways. Read More
